I'm a licensed therapist with 13 years of experience running my own nonprofit therapy group practice and leading in community mental health settings. I hold certifications in Nonprofit Leadership, Organizational Psychology, and I'm an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.

That’s completely normal — and expected. Your first strategy session is designed to help clarify your mission and vision before we create any documents. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin.
Will this package help me get 501(c)(3) status?
Yes. Your package includes all the foundational documents needed for your 501(c)(3) application, prepared with IRS-approved language specifically for therapist-led clinical nonprofits. The IRS application fee itself is paid directly to the IRS and is not included in the package price.
What happens after I purchase?
You'll immediately receive access to book your 15-minute onboarding consultation, where we'll get clear on your vision and clinical model. From there, you'll complete a brief intake form, and I'll begin building your documents.
